"Women's Day" Promotion Terms and Conditions for Bohema Clothing Online Store

  • 1. Promotion Organizer: The "Women's Day" promotion is organized by the Bohema Clothing online store, accessible at www.bohemaclothing.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
  • 2. Promotion Period: The promotion starts on March 1, 2024, at 00:00, and ends on March 10, 2024, at 23:59, Central European Time (CET), applicable for Poland.
  • 3. Eligibility: Any individual who, during the promotion period, purchases selected clothing models listed under the "Women's Day" tab on the Organizer's website using the promotional code BWOMAN20, can participate in the promotion.
  • 4. Promotion Conditions: The promotional code BWOMAN20 entitles the holder to a 20% discount on the purchase of selected shoes models from the "Women's Day" tab. The code must be entered in the designated field during the order process.
  • 5. Exclusions: The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, or discounts provided by the Organizer at the same time.
  • 6. Returns: Participants have the right to return purchased products without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of their receipt. The product must be returned in an unchanged condition, without signs of use, in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • 7. Complaints: Complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted in writing to the Organizer's email address. The Organizer commits to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
  • 8. Personal Data Protection: Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for purposes related to the execution of the promotion, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
  • 9. Final Provisions: Participation in the promotion is tantamount to acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for important reasons, of which participants will be informed by posting the amended terms and conditions on the promotion's website.
  • 10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of the promotion will be settled by the competent court of law, in accordance with the laws in force in the country of the Organizer.
