Refund policy
If our products for some reason turned out to be not good for you, you can always return or exchange them.
Below you will find all the information you need on how to do this.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- In the case of online purchases, each natural person has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, and in the case of stationary purchases, 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Inform us about your return by sending a message to store@bohemaclothing.com - the person responsible for customer service will answer any questions you may have.

Fill in the return form attached on the website and attach it to the shoe box or send it by e-mail to store@bohemaclothing.com. Send the package to the following address:

- The refund takes a maximum of 14 days from the time the return shipment arrives at our warehouse. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order.
- In the event of withdrawal from purchases, the cost of returning the goods to us is on your side. We also do not reimburse costs incurred for shipping goods from us to you.
* Please send parcels by courier and do not send returns to Parcel Lockers - we would like to inform you that we only accept direct courier parcels.
HOW TO MAKE EXCHANGES?
- Each natural person has 14 calendar days from receiving the package for exchange, both in the case of online purchases, and in the case of stationary purchases, 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase
- Inform us about your willingness to exchange by sending a message to store@bohemaclothing.com - the person responsible for customer service will answer all your questions and inform you about the next steps
- We only exchange items within the same model for a different color or size. If you want to exchange for a different product, please return the received order and then place a new one for the item you are interested in.
- We know that it is difficult to choose the size of shoes when buying online, so we offer a one-time free replacement of the product for a different size or color without additional payment for the next shipment of the product from our warehouse to you. Only the cost of delivering the goods to us is on your side
