SHIPMENT OF ORDERS

1. From the moment the payment is credited, we process the order, depending on the availability of products, from 2 to 9 working days. This means that the package will be sent on the 2nd day at the earliest and on the 9th day at the latest from the moment the payment is credited.

1. We sew our shoes by hand in local manufactories. We try to sew them on an ongoing basis, out of concern for the environment (we try not to generate backlogs), about our materials - we want shoes Your shoes will serve you as long as possible and to provide you with the opportunity to receive a pair created especially for you.

1.  We send parcels from our headquarters in Warsaw via courier companies: FEDEX or UPS (foreign shipments). The time of delivery of the parcel is:

• in Poland, from the moment of sending the parcel, the courier reserves 1-2 working days to deliver the parcel
• parcels to Europe and the United States - from the moment of sending the parcel, the courier reserves approx. 3-5 working days to deliver the parcel. *
• parcels to UK and Ireland - from the moment of sending the parcel, the courier reserves approx. 2-3 working days to deliver the parcel. *
  

* We have no influence on delays caused by the courier's operation.

SHIPPING COSTS

1.  The cost of delivery in Poland is PLN 15, for orders over PLN 1000, shipping is free.
2.  The cost of shipping to Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and Ukraine is 14 Euro

1. The cost of shipping to other European countries is 9 Euro

1.  The shipping cost to the USA and Canada is 19 Euro
   
   
2.  The cost of shipping to UK, Ireland, is 14 Euro
   
3. The costs of delivery to individual countries are visible after entering the delivery address when placing the order.
